Cover" 6.5" x 9" perfect for 8oz, 16oz and 32oz jars.
The cover is made from 100% recycled cotton textiles.
Step 1: Place 1-2 tablespoons of seeds in a large Quart Jar and fill about 3/4 full with cold water. Cover with the mesh screen and lid to allow air flow. Let soak for 8-12 hours (larger seeds such as chickpeas may require a 24 hour soak.)
Step 2: After Soaking, rinse the seeds gently with cool water and drain well. Jars with mesh lids can be inverted and propped atan angle to drain. After draining, cover the jar to keep it out of direct light and keep in a room temperature area.
Step 3: Repeat the process of Rinsing and draining the seeds 2-3 times per day for approximately 2-3 days. This time will vary depending on the seeds, but sprouts are ready to eat once a sprout tail appears. Taste sprouted seeds daily and harvest once they tast good to you.
Step 4: Rinse and drain thoroughly before storing in a refridgeratore or enjoying immediately.
