Pre Orders

Sometimes, we offer custom orders where you can send us your textiles to be made into a custom piece. These are considered pre-orders in our system.  As soon as the textiles arrive to us, we will take 1-2 weeks to rework the fabrics and make you your item. Once we have finished making your item we will then ship your order out to you within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification at purchase, at time of fabric arrival and a shipping confirmation when the item(s) depart our facilities.

Pre-orders are only available for Canada and U.S at this time. 

The estimated shipping dates for custom/ pre-order item(s) are indicated on the product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

We always do our best to ship by the listed date but sometimes things can take a little longer than expected and the estimated shipping date can change — if it does we’ll email you with changes.

After your order is placed we will confirm all the details. Once confirmed and the Fabric has arrived we can’t make any edits to the order, but should you need to cancel your preorder just email us at orders@earthwarriorlifestyle.com.  Keep in mind that you can cancel your preorder as long as it’s not in the process of being made or in shipping and you'll be refunded in full. (we do not refund the cost of you sending the fabric to us.)
