For Canadian and U.S orders, we offer free returns on items that are unwashed, Damaged upon arrival, non-final sale, with all original packaging attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Refunds
We get it, sometimes a style or product just doesn't work for you. You can arrange a return with orders@earthwarriorlifestyle.com.
Once your return arrives to our studio, your refund will process in 3-5 business days and you'll receive a confirmation email!
Final sale
Please note, items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Please view the Product Description Page for details on an item's return eligibility. If final sale, it will clearly say under the Add to Cart button "This item is final sale."
How do I send my items back?
If you need to send a return, please use the original packaging it arrived in.
Earth warrior is not responsible for non-Earth Warrior items returned.
What if I closed my card/bank for my refund?
Currently, we can only issue a refund back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you have a new credit card, but the original account remains active, the refund will process back to your account. If the account has been completely closed, we ask you reach out to your bank first and email us for further assistance.
Returning a damaged or incorrect item?
If you've received an item which isn't quite right or an incorrect item, please email us as soon as possible.
